Download and fill out form, attach a voided check.  Mail or drop off at the HSSD office for processing.

You will receive your normal bill on the 1st of the month, on the due date (25th of the month) HSSD will electronically withdraw your current amount due.  The bill will say “DRAFTED” in the total amount due column.  It will be listed on your bank statement as Holiday Shores Sanitary Water bill deduction.
