MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES

HOLIDAY SHORES SANITARY DISTRICT

Monday, April 10, 2023 at 6:00 PM

MEETING CANCELED DUE TO LACK OF A QUORUM

The Board of Trustees of the Holiday Shores Sanitary District were scheduled to meet in regular session on the above date, pursuant to laws and rules of said Board of Trustees and in accordance with the terms of notice of a regular meeting.

Richard Hayes, President and Trustee called the meeting to order.  Carla Lankster, District Clerk was also present.

After the introduction Mr. Hayes stated that there was a lack of a quorum of the Board of Trustees, due to personal/medical emergencies.  Trustees Ms. Romano and Mr. Murphy were unable to attend.

The meeting will be rescheduled later in the month.

Mr. Hayes made a motion to adjourn the canceled, regular meeting.
