  • DISBURSEMENTS:
  • Approve Accounts Payable checks-September 2023.
  • Approve invoice from Certop Inc., inv. #10012023.05, dated 10/1/2023 for September, 2023 Class A Water Operator Services.
  • Sign other invoices over $500.00. 
  • APPROVAL OF APPLICATIONS – September, 2023
  • OTHER – Annual Financial Report filed with the Illinois Comptroller.

5.    UNFINISHED BUSINESS

  • Status of Class A Water License for the HSSD Staff.
  • Ordinance Review and Electronic Availability.
  • Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Financial Audit/Scheffel Boyle Audit Update.
  • Updated HSSD Software
  • Utility Billing, GL, Accounts Payable, Payroll-Vacation/PTO tracking.
  • Policy on broken water lines and sewer credits.

  • Review comparisons of health insurance options for the upcoming renewal on 12/1/2023.  Our current employee insurance is with BlueCross BlueShield.

  • WATER & SEWER:  Discussion of General Manager’s report.
  • IEPA Reports and Requirements:  Lagoon Project update.

8.     ADJOURN TO CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

  • Adjourn to Executive Session, pursuant to Statute 5ILCS 120/2 (C)(11), to discuss possible litigation.
