- Letter emailed from Michelle Kannmacher of 1695 Fountainbleu Drive, requesting a credit consideration for a very large outside water leak.
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
- February 12, 2024 Meeting Minutes.

- FINANCIAL:
- February 2024 Summary of Accounts and Statement of Revenues & Expenses.
- DISBURSEMENTS:
- Approve Accounts Payable checks-February 2024.
- Approve invoice from Certop Inc., dated 3/1/2024 for February, 2024 Class A Water Operator Services.
- President Sign other invoices over $500.00 and approved leak credits.
- APPROVAL OF APPLICATIONS – February, 2024
- OTHER – Discuss invoice sent to Holishor Association, in December, 2023 for a portion of the Sewer Bypass at the North end of the lake, when the Culvert collapsed.
5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
- Grant Opportunities for the District
- Status of Class A Water License for the HSSD Staff.
- Discuss amounts to increase the Sewer Connection fees for New Construction, due to the increase in the cost of the concrete tanks, and prices of grinder pumps and panels.
- Ordinance Review and Electronic Availability.
6. NEW BUSINESS
- Approve and sign Resolution No. 20240311SE to move funds from Sewer Reserves to Sewer Supply for Capitalized Expense of Grinder Pumps purchased.
- Approve Ordinance for special one-time fees.
- Discuss and Approve March 17, 2024 Renewal of Workers’ Compensation and General Liability/Auto Insurance policies. Renewal proposals have been submitted by Dimond Bros. Insurance for Cincinnati Insurance and Bliss McKnight Insurance.
7. OPERATIONS
- WATER & SEWER: Discussion of General Manager’s report.
- Lagoon Project – There are no additional updates at this time
