  • Approve Accounts Payable checks-December 2023.
  • Approve invoice from Certop Inc., dated 1/2/2024 for December, 2023 Class A Water Operator Services.
  • Sign other invoices over $500.00.

  • Grant Opportunities for the District
  • Status of Class A Water License for the HSSD Staff.
  • Ordinance Review and Electronic Availability.
  • Policy on broken water lines and other sewer credits.

6.   NEW BUSINESS

  • Discuss Proposal from MSD Mowing for the 2024 Mowing Season for approval.
  • Present bids for Upgrade to Cloud-based Accounting Software System to replace the existing on-premise based software.  The upgrade would allow customers more options to receive and pay bills and would streamline office procedures.
  • Discuss a Resolution to move funds from Water Reserves to Water Supply for recent Water Plant related Capitalized Expenses.

  • IEPA Reports and Requirements:  Lagoon Project update.  Discuss IEPA Water Pollution Control Loan Program, Loan application.
