• Auditors from Scheffel Boyle will present the Audit Report for fiscal year 2022-2023, ended 6/30/2023.

3.   APPROVAL OF MINUTES

• October 9, 2023 Meeting Minutes.

4.   OFFICE

• FINANCIAL:
• Summary of Accounts and Statement of Revenues and Expenses for October, 2023.
• DISBURSEMENTS:
• Approve Accounts Payable checks-October 2023.
• Approve invoice from Certop Inc., inv. #11012023.08, dated 11/1/2023 for October, 2023 Class A Water Operator Services.
• Sign other invoices over $500.00. 
• APPROVAL OF APPLICATIONS – October, 2023
• OTHER –  Discussion on rate increases to be written into Ordinance Amendments, to be approved at the December meeting.

5.    UNFINISHED BUSINESS

• Status of Class A Water License for the HSSD Staff.
• Ordinance Review and Electronic Availability.
• Updated HSSD Software
• Utility Billing, GL, Accounts Payable, Payroll-Vacation/PTO tracking.
• Review new provision of GASB Statement No. 96, regarding IT subscriptions.
• Policy on broken water lines and sewer credits.

6.   NEW BUSINESS

• Discuss changes that will be made to the Holiday Schedule and Meeting Schedule for calendar year 2024.  The final Schedules will be presented at the December 2023 meeting for approval.
• Discuss possible Grant Opportunities for the District.
